Alara Rogers' Writing Journal - September 12th, 2006

I began this sucker in the pre-pregnancy writing fit of summer 2003, but couldn't figure out the fifth thing until a month ago. Now it's done, yay!

This is comicverse, and invokes some truly obscure canon in places. Any historical details that are wrong are probably because I got them out of a comic book -- I've done a lot of research on the Holocaust but not nearly so much on the Soviet Union in the 50's or the Romany of Eastern Europe. (Although, I have probably done more research on the Roma than anyone at Marvel Comics ever did.)
